Order Enquiry Policy

This website is an enquiry catalogue, not an online store. Here is exactly how it works:

Product availability is confirmed manually for every enquiry.
Sending a WhatsApp enquiry does not automatically confirm your order. Your order is confirmed only after Gharguti Godwa replies with availability and the final amount.
Delivery charges, where applicable, are additional and shared during confirmation.
Final payment instructions come directly from us on WhatsApp or a call. No payment is collected on this website.
Because every batch is individually prepared, product appearance may vary slightly from photographs.
If you have a food allergy, please discuss it directly with us before ordering.
